Investment Requirements

Minimum investment of $100,000 per project. One investor per project (no pooled funds). Not sure how to access capital? See our Capital Sourcing Guide.

Why Invest with Redoubt Capital

Our model delivers benefits you simply cannot get investing in real estate on your own.

Done-For-You Investment

We handle everything — property sourcing, acquisition, renovation, project management, and exit execution. You fund your investment, monitor progress via your portal, and collect returns. No property hunting, no contractor coordination, no project management headaches.

Asset-Backed Security

Every dollar you invest is backed by tangible real estate. Unlike stocks or crypto, your investment has a physical property as collateral — a home in a desirable Charlotte neighborhood.

Proven Returns

Conservative underwriting and efficient execution deliver consistent results. Our disciplined approach to property sourcing and renovation ensures every project meets strict financial criteria before we deploy your capital.

Full Transparency

Access your dedicated investor portal for real-time project updates, budget tracking, photo documentation, milestone notifications, and financial reports. You see everything we see.

LLC Protection

Each project operates within its own single-purpose LLC, providing clean legal isolation. Your personal assets are protected, and risk is contained to individual project entities.

Three Exit Strategies

During your initial consultation, you define your preferred exit strategy. Flip for a 6-12 month cycle, hold for long-term rental income, or launch a short-term rental (STR) on Airbnb or VRBO for higher per-night revenue. We source properties that match your chosen strategy and timeline.

Multiple Paths to Investment Capital

Our capital-first model requires funds to be committed before property sourcing begins. Here are the most common ways our investors access capital.

HELOC / Home Equity

Leverage existing home equity. With 6-12 month project cycles, HELOC interest costs are manageable and factored into underwriting.

Self-Directed Retirement (SDIRA, Solo 401(k))

Invest through a self-directed IRA or solo 401(k) for tax-advantaged growth. The retirement account becomes the LLC member.

Securities-Based Lending (SBLOC)

Borrow against your brokerage portfolio without selling positions. Maintain market exposure while deploying capital into real estate.

Life Insurance Cash Value

Borrow against permanent life insurance cash value at competitive rates. Policy stays in force while capital is deployed.

Income Partnerships

Structured agreements where high-income professionals invest alongside partners. Combine earning power with real estate opportunity.

Business & Professional Strategies

Business owners and professionals can leverage existing credit facilities, retained earnings, or practice equity to fund real estate investments.

Creative Finance

Seller financing, BRRRR strategy, subject-to arrangements, and other creative structures. Our capital advisory team helps you identify and combine approaches during your consultation.
