Chief Executive Officer
Ryan founded Redoubt Capital to create a vertically integrated approach to real estate investment, bringing institutional-quality management to individual investors. With over 15 years in real estate and finance, he oversees all strategic operations.
Jim McMahon
Chief Financial Officer
Jim anchors all financial service delivery for Redoubt Capital, providing fractional CFO oversight, project accounting, tax planning, and investor reporting. He oversees capital allocation and ensures fiduciary compliance across every project.

Bryan leads all renovation operations through R² Remodeling, Redoubt's construction arm. His team handles everything from initial property assessment to final punch list, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
